I am exploring using FluentSupport, but I do not like how the individual ticket thread shows replies at the top, which is different from any email inbox or chat tool. Is there a setting to reverse this?

Hi,

I’m experiencing an issue when closing tickets: each time I set a ticket to β€˜Closed’, I need to do it twice for the status to actually stick.

The first time, the ticket appears closed, but after refreshing or navigating away, it reverts or remains active.

There are no conflicting automations enabled, and my user role has full permissions.

Is this expected behavior, a known bug, or is there a specific setting that controls how β€˜Closed’ status is applied?

Hey friends! Is it possible to export FluentSupport settings and tickets? I want to move everything to a subdomain (with different WP install).

I see how to import from other ticketing systems, but not from another FluentSupport install.

fs_main_navbar in the front end is creating issues with divi header and showing on top of the divi header because the position is set to fixed.

Hi team,

if I can show fluent support widgets by short code then it gives me freedom to use them on my custom dashboard / frontend.

Show Widget by shortcode

2.0 is GORGEOUS! I am loving this new UI so much that I enjoy getting support tickets! haha Great work team!

2.0 Beta

For the last several months, our team has been working hard to rewrite the whole UI&UX of FluentSupport. We rebuilt the UI and UX with one goal in mind: make support work calmer, faster, and more predictable for teams who live inside the dashboard for hours at a time. Nothing flashy. No visual noise. Just clarity.

Please read the full blog post here: https://fluentsupport.com/fluent-support-ui-update-2-0-beta-1/

We need your help to try this beta and give us feedback on any UI/UX issues.

How to Test the Beta

  • Install it in your WordPress as a plugin
  • Go to the Dashboard -> Fluent Toolkit menu in the WordPress admin panel
  • You will see a list of all Fluent Support and Pro Beta from where you can install and test.

Please leave a comment with your feedback.

FluentBoards or FluentSupport for my use case?

Hi, I am not sure which one of them would solve my use case best.

I have a website where members can submit varied requests via a form on the front end. Some requests can be: to offer to generate/author content, to requests an interview/podcast, to request an article be written about their business, and many more options. So what I need is a tool to organize/categorize/prioritize all of those requests, to allow for approval (or not), to dispatch/assign the work, to track the status/completion, etc

Thank for your feedback!!

They’ve introduced a new "IMAP Parser" trigger that pulls emails directly from your own accounts instead of routing them through WPManageNinja’s mail services.

You only need to create a new flowmattic workflow, add the IMAP Parser trigger + Create new ticket or Reply to ticket action, simple as that.

This is especially helpful for site owners targeting European users, as it supports stronger GDPR compliance.

FlowMattic will end their lifetime pricing campaign by the end of the year, so I recommend checking them out before they switch to a monthly recurring revenue model on January 1st.

I think it's great that FluentSupport has the ability for the front-end user to see suggested FAQs but, it would be awesome if we could show related SOPs and/or policies to the internal support team in the backend.
