Feature request: Live chat?
I feel like live (and AI) chat would be HUGE. It would be especially helpful if it handled multi-channel messaging like Whatsapp, FB, Instagram, etc. along with FluentCart and Woocommerce purchase integration.

As a WooCommerce store owner, I'm really looking forward to this feature. Being able to integrate multiple channels and connect all interactions to specific customers would be incredibly helpful for both sales and customer support. I can see it significantly improving efficiency and the overall customer experience.
Currently, managing customer conversations across different platforms is a frustrating experience, as customer information and communication history are scattered across multiple channels.
I just purchased Fluent Support and am currently testing the Email Piping feature.
