I did not even know.. Will have to check this out.

Hi all, Just wondering if there's a deep integration module available for FluentForms to send rich data, custom tags, lists, etc to a FluentCRM instance located on a different website?

My wife is starting a small speaking business with a separate website, but for simplicity we want to keep using the main business CRM with a different list and tags etc.

So far we're using webhooks to send from FForms -> FCRM, but if I want multiple forms with different tags, as far as I can tell I will need to create a new incoming webhook.

It would be awesome if there was a way of having the same kind of deep integration with FluentCRM that occurs when they're both on the same site, but setup so it works across the interwebs between sites.

If this exists somewhere please help me. I can't find it for the life of me.

Many thanks,
Israel.

I have a customer whom works with coaching companies. One important aspect is that they use a personality quiz with the companies. The quiz they use was made with JetFormBuilder 4 years ago. It looks really nice and fancy. I made a video of how it works: https://youtu.be/8FF6W6Jt8ys

The reason for the change is that JetFormBuilder has a really bad UI/UX of how it builds the form. Making it difficult to figure out how to make changes. Being able to do something very similar in Fluent Forms Pro with the Quiz module integration turned on would be great. Support told me that I should be able to do so, but based on the very limited Quiz settings I am not sure. That is also why I am posting here, as I need feedback from others on this.

A couple of things I have noticed.
I need an overall score to show as a percentage.
I need to create a custom confirmation page to show the results in a nice way.
There are likely other things as well.

Getting help to get this in order I can also show through a video tutorial on how I made it and how advanced the quiz module in Fluent Forms Pro actually is. (That is my hope at least, but I lost a bit of hope as I went through the quiz settings.)

Thanks!

Ps
I got to say that the AI form builder is just awesome!

Is this a glitch or is it just me?

Thank you

This is my podcast prospecting pipeline
New prospect entered via FForm β†’ Info added as new task on FBoard.

I have a template created on FBoard with subtasks for the entire workflow.

Challenge: New tasks are created but doesn't automatically use the template. I have to manually add subtasks to each new guest card added to FBoard. (Time consuming & not sustainable)

Where I need help: How to set this up so each new guest submission uses the saved template with subtasks.

TIA.

Is there a way to tag or categorize questions into groups so that you the quiz-taker can see what types of questions they answered correctly or did poorly on?

Hi everyone,

I'm having some trouble capturing UTM parameters in Fluent Forms and could use some help.

The User Flow: Users arrive on my landing page and then navigate to a separate page where the form is located. Because they change pages, the UTM parameters are lost from the URL. To fix this, I set up a system to store these UTMs in cookies.

The Setup: I'm using Google Tag Manager (GTM) to capture the URL parameters and store them in a cookie.

  • Here is a screenshot of my GTM setup:

When I inspect the site, I can verify that the data is being stored perfectly.

  • Here is a screenshot of the browser inspector showing the cookie:

The Problem: Inside Fluent Forms, I am using a hidden field to try and pull this stored cookie information. However, even though the cookie is clearly present in the browser, the form is completely ignoring it. When the form is submitted, the field remains empty and the data is not registered.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a specific configuration in Fluent Forms or a workaround to force the hidden field to read the cookie data correctly?

Thanks in advance!

We have lots of forms in our system, some we need summaries on and some we don’t. In addition, we need specific time frames for our email summaries as we use them for lead generation and would like daily summaries.

Is there any way to make this happen?

Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone,

I’m currently testing tracking inside my forms and I’ve run into something that doesn’t quite add up.

In my Fluent Forms setup, I’m capturing both:

  • Referrer URL (e.g. Google, external site)
  • Sign-up URL (e.g. the landing page where the form lives)

This data is being stored via the integration with FluentCRM, and I’m not using any hidden fields inside Fluent Forms to capture this information manually.

My assumption is that this shouldn’t be necessary, since the integration already provides these values: but happy to be corrected if that’s not the case.

The issue

After multiple tests across different user journeys (coming from Google, internal pages, direct visits, etc.), I’m consistently seeing that both values often match.

This feels counterintuitive, since:

  • The referrer should represent the previous source (e.g. Google or another page)
  • The sign-up URL should represent the actual page where the form is submitted

So in theory, these should differ in many cases β€” but they don’t.

What I’ve tested

  • Different entry points (Google, direct, internal navigation)
  • Multi-step journeys across pages
  • Fresh sessions / incognito

Still seeing the same behavior.

My hypothesis

It might be related to how browsers handle referrer policies, caching, or how the plugin retrieves the value, but I’m not fully sure.

Related idea (feature request context)

I previously suggested that, since FluentCart already tracks UTMs and attribution quite well, it could be very powerful to bring similar tracking capabilities into Fluent Forms:

This could solve attribution much more reliably than relying on basic referrer logic.

Questions

  • Is this expected behavior with referrer tracking in Fluent Forms?
  • Has anyone successfully differentiated referrer vs sign-up URL consistently?
  • Do I actually need to implement hidden fields to capture this properly, or should the current integration with FluentCRM already handle it?
  • Are you using any workaround (UTMs, hidden fields, scripts, etc.)?

Would love to hear how others are handling attribution on forms.

Thanks!

Referrer vs Sign-Up URL Showing the Same Value: Is This Expected?

I love the postfeed option in Fluent Forms. I miss one important thing though and that is the option to protect the post with a password. The password can be generated from a field in the form (manual, or automatic).

The Post Creation Addon in Gravity Forms does this very well. See attached printscreen.

And it would be awesome if Fluent can do this as well.
