I need feedback

hi, I have a new project. The customer needs a CRM system, and FluentCRM with FluentBoards fits good.
However, they want one CRM for 4 different brands.

I know I can work with FluentSMTP to add different mailaddresses, and mailtemplates to add the branding, but is this the right way to handle this?

And how about SMS? There is only one SMS provider account

I'm also in talks with a contact about boosting their business with a CRM.

A guide from the WPManageNinja team on how to manage a multi-brand CRM would be excellent, showing the best way to approach it with their tools.

One CRM per brand would a better and cleaner solution

You can do this with lists (one list for each brand) and then use tags for everything else. It also kind of depends on how integrated their brands really are. Are they more like divisions of a company vs actual different brands.

WendyΒ Perkins ShoefΒ the list and tag part is not the problem, it is the default sent from email address and bounce settings where I'm worried about.

You need to be carefull that with every email you set the right from address. We can not set a default per list

Natascha VantuykomΒ ya, you have to set them in the campaign and sequence level. With a mixed platform, you're always gonna need to be careful.

If using like a CRM, you'd probably want to email from the CRM and so they'll need to make sure they select send from custom:

I have two email lists on the same location because I have two related businesses. It is easier to have one login, one community, etc.

You just have to pay attention.
