I don't want to use Go High Level or Klayvio, but It feels just out of reach. Help!

With 3.0 getting us SOO close to the meat of what GHL provides, I'm just trying to figure out how to manage the last mile of achieving GHL-style CRM functionality. Has anyone ever successfully accomplished the CRM part of the funnel using the fluent suite? I just.. I don't want to leave because I need to have a more robust record of sales funnel integrated with the marketing automation I know and love.

Please - anyone that's had success guide me! I'm about to start launching funnel marketing for online courses and I DO NOT want to use klayvio or GHL or any other walled garden solution.

Anyone? help?

Hey Richard Sherman, what are you missing from GHL that isn't available in FluentCRM atm?

The biggest things I'm really feeling missing are:
- true CRM functionality with easier to use notes
- unified inbox
- Pipeline view

Basically, its the part of tracking the customer stage in a real way. I don't love GHL, but it does provide these things out of the box and fairly streamlined.

Has anyone tried to hack Fluent Boards to get create a poor man's sales pipeline?

Hey Ricardo, Nicolas, Gavin β€” jumping in because part of this is exactly what I've been building.

I built a Sales Pipeline addon for FluentCRM β€” drag-and-drop deal stages, contact/lead data pulled live from FluentCRM (tags, lists, lead score), lost-reason tracking, REST API for automation. It's a native tab inside FluentCRM, not a separate tool.

To be upfront though: it doesn't solve the unified inbox / two-way email piece you mentioned, Ricardo β€” that's genuinely a different problem (and my understanding is it may already be on WPManageNinja's own roadmap given the SMS work they shipped in 3.0). So if inbox is the blocker for you specifically, this won't get you all the way to GHL-parity on its own β€” just the pipeline half.

@Gavin β€” re: hacking FluentBoards into a makeshift pipeline, I'd actually steer away from that. Boards are built around tasks/cards, not deals β€” you lose stage-probability, deal value roll-ups, and proper lost-reason tracking, and CRM automations can't trigger board actions natively yet. Happy to show you the difference if useful.

Early days on this, genuinely want honest feedback: https://loja.foundersquest.com.br/?ref=1

Hey elton colins, this looks promising – is there any way to ungate the 14-day trial? I'd like to try it but I'm very wary of putting my credit card info into any new tool (been burned by too many "devs" taking the money and not giving it back after the trial)
