Thank you so much for adding the unsubscription hooks and list-wise double opt-in settings. Is there a new filter to enable double opt-in for all lists, regardless of the contactβs subscription status? To my knowledge, thatβs the only thing missing to makeΒ FluentCRM fully a GDPR compliant plugin (without modifying core files).
I got an answer over on Facebook. Thereβs no new filter, so the GDPR compliance issue persists. Please note that it only affects sites with multiple lists. https://www.facebook.com/groups/fluentcrm/posts/9881553358618579?comment_id=9881639278609987
Thanks for this update!

Shahjahan JewelΒ I saw what you did there in the release notes π Now I know what the upcoming new product is.
Assaf ManorΒ Can you give us a hint?
Karl Emil NikkaΒ It's gonna rival a wp plugin that it's company's worth is in billion of dollars.
In what sense this is new? Am I missing something? I've long been using this.
Assaf ManorΒ If I understand correctly, itβs the developer hooks that are new.
Karl Emil NikkaΒ Not sure I understand - I used the hooks to add custom tabs, already a year or 2 ago.
Shahjahan JewelΒ I saw you added a sorting option for an Order and Date sorting in the Contact Profile. It would be really beneficial if a similar sort option could be for the all contacts screen. To order by LTV and Last Order.
With the release of the new templates, Iβd love to hear the teamβs view on the future of the Visual Builder (Unlayer). Is the Visual Builder no longer needed or is it still an essential part of FluentCRM Pro? If so, will the Visual Builder get fully integrated (*), get its own templates, all fonts etc.?
(* The Visual Builder doesnβt get the alt-text of images, isnβt supported for composing opt-in emails, and has a conflict with FluentCRMβs native email pre-text field.)
Thanks for the update, Shahjahan JewelΒ
Thanks for the built templates (I'm not planning to use it, but) I have a #FeatureRequest:
What I need/want is the ability to choose my own template as default.
It's annoying to have to choose EVERY time my own template.
So, PLEASE, allow us to set any (of ours) template as default template on classic editor.
Thanks!
Jose Luis DuronΒ I second that!
Jose Luis DuronΒ I third that!
I would like to ask if you have enabled an option to include theΒ tax amountΒ in the abandoned cart emails sent to customers?
{{ab_cart_woo.cart_items_table}}
{{ab_cart_woo.cart_items_table}} With Tax??
Manoj SharmaΒ It will work as per your woo settings
Well the email that goes has the wrong pricing... it has price without the tax... please have a look at my previous request, it has been more than 6 months,,,, and its simple variable required{{ab_cart_woo.cart_items_table}}Β Inlcuding Tax
What's the benefit of the transactional email feature?
Jonathan Jernigan Better delivery rate
Jonathan JerniganΒ Some people opt out of marketing emails but still need transactional (receipts, automation driven emails, etc)
Jonathan JerniganΒ Categorizing an email as "Transactional" improves the deliverability of automated messages (for example, sending a link to a freebie after a visitor subscribes), especially for Gmail recipients. If emails are flagged as "Marketing" (which has been the default in FluentCRM, as far as I know), all emails are likely to end up in Gmail's "Promotions" tab. When using the "Transactional" flag in the email header, these emails are more likely to land in the primary inbox. By the way, please do not flag newsletters as transactional - never do this! Google penelizes attempts to trick their system. π
Yay for the transactional email. I use that frequently (using Fluent CRM as a CRM not just email marketing).
I once again beg that we get better control over CSS styling in the editor - if we use raw HTML we can't use the CRM feature blocks, but I can't get rounded corners, colored backgrounds, or anything like that to work properly in the emails I'm sending out. There seems to be some issue with some hierarchical styling or something. I love this product, but the lack of design customization in this way makes my work not only take longer, but makes me unable to make things look the way I want. :(
Hi. Thank you. We also need the ability to send transactional emails in other contexts:
- In automations
- In campaigns (we send informational emails for our classes using campaigns)
How are we supposed to trigger a delayed removal of tags for canceled subscriptions that are not fully completed? If a member cancels early Iβd like them to still have access until their current subscription expires.
Sorry Shahjahan JewelΒ - how/where do we set up "Transactional Email Flexibility" ?
Dominic OsborneΒ you wll have a checkbox to enable it if you send custom email to one of your contacts.
Nazir HimelΒ Thanks.... I'm struggling to find it anywhere - custom emails, email sequences... Not seeing it (and yes, I have updated to latest FCRM!)
Dominic OsborneΒ Please try a hard reload from the contact screen. Should appear right away otherwise you need to submit a support ticket.
There used to be a really simple button for Resending emails to those who had not opened it. What happened to that?
Please add a Sales Pipeline View inside Fluentcrm π
Alexander ReznikΒ Follow ! Because Fluent Board is a bit too simple !
Approximately how long do you think it will be before 3.0 is released? I am very excited about the SMS capabilities that will be in that.
Hi there,
I have a question. I'm currently exploring the features of FluentCRM before purchasing, and I couldn't find functionality for tracking pages visited by a client .
So my question is β is this feature missing because it was never part of the original plan?
I know about the AnalyticsWP plugin, which does track customer journey across the website . Is there any possibility to integrate this functionality with the "Contacts" section in FluentCRM, and also include it in Automation workflows ?
Thank you in advance for your reply!
I really love your Fluent ecosystem , and adding this feature would truly feel like a gift β especially since everything else in FluentCRM feels almost perfect π
Best regards,
Eduard
Eduard ManiatovskiiΒ FCRM doesn't have the tracking pages visited by a client. You can add this by custom development - they have the hook built-in for that. AnalyticsWP does sound interesting. Again, you will need custom development to integrate the two.
Assaf ManorΒ "They have the hook built-in" Would you be kind enough to tell me what this solution is and where to look for those who know something about it. Thank you.
Eduard ManiatovskiiΒ Hey, I don't remember now. You need to dive into the dev docs.
We wanna completely stop using notion and transfer all our sales pipeline/crm into fluent crm.
In order to do that, we would need to be able to create views like this so we can easily view sorted/filtered table views of our data.
These ability would also allow us to transfer our current setups for other clients and their lead/crm systems into their wordpress site as a upsell. Instead of selling them on a separate system not tied into their site.
I really hope the team takes this into consideration as I think it would be greatly beneficial
5lakes MarketingΒ I would kill to be able to move my CRM into WP with this and fluentboards. I just feel like it's so so close to being able to support it β they should just pull the trigger. C'mon guys - please give us the bones of a true CRM inside FluentCRM. Please?
Richard ShermanΒ wishful thinking... We've been asking for this for YEARS and if it does it will be a separate plugin
