Auto sync user data and contact data

I'm currently trialing FluentCRM (free version), and I was wondering whether this option:
https://fluentcrm.com/docs/global-general-settings/#auto-sync-user-data-and-contact-data

...only works for the paid/pro version? Because I added a Contact to FluentCRM, and it's not synced to the WordPress Users.

Peter Mienes, The "Auto Sync User Data and Contact Data" option syncs data between an existing WordPress user and the matching FluentCRM contact, mainly when they share the same email address.

However, it does not automatically create a new WordPress user when you manually add a new FluentCRM contact. So if you add a contact in FluentCRM, that contact will not be synced into WordPress Users as a new user.

To create WordPress users from contacts, you would need to use automation workflows available in FluentCRM Pro. Here is a documentation you can check to know more about WordPress Action blocks in FluentCRM.
