Hello
Is it a bug ? {{other.date_format.Y}} works on my email sequence "2025" for today's date. But it doesn't work for my contact Property Value as you can see it doesn't populated the the value but keeps the tag only...
I want to add "Alumni" Year property... Any other idea to deal with that ?
Regards

Hi everyone,
Iβm currently looking for a way to customize the "Manage Email Preferences" and "Unsubscribe" pages in Fluent-CRM. Unfortunately, I couldnβt find any obvious settings or options within Fluent-CRM to do this.
My goal is to make these pages visually and content-wise more aligned with the design and requirements of my website. Has anyone here had experience with this or any idea how to achieve it?
Iβd really appreciate your tips and suggestions! Thanks in advance! π
It would be great to have frontend portal for fluent crm. We dont want to give backend access to all of our marketing colleagues
Looking through all the bounce notifications on my list...
Fluent CRM appears to change contact status to "bounced" for ALL bounces (hard & soft) whereas most providers would have a method for retrying soft bounces before determining if they should or should not be mailed any longer.
For example:
I use Post Mark as my SMTP provider, and Post Mark suppresses sending to all hard bounces on their end, regardless of whether I try to mail them on my end or not.
But on my end...
A soft bounce such as "temporarily undeliverable" will change the contact status to "bounced" in fluent CRM and treat them as "unsubscribed".
Is there a plan to improve conditional bounce handling?
- It would be wonderful to be able to import custom fields in bulk, rather than type them in one-by-one. I'm transitioning from another platform and have almost 100 custom fields. With every other CRM/email system I've used, I've been able to import my list, and for any field that isn't already input in the system, I can just have it use the header row custom field name and then I just have to choose the field type. Having to copy and paste them in one by one is the most tedious thing I've ever done and making this transition really difficult.
Trigger system based on user behavior
Is it Google Tag Manager that I should read more about? Or should I go in a different and better/right direction?
In my online anxiety course, I need to be able to follow the client so that I can better guide them through the course. Something very simple is that if the client does not log in or visit pages in a given period, it can trigger an action from me. For example, an email if there is anything extra they need and then a lot of motivation.
So to be able to do that, I need to be able to create a system that begs action based on user behavior.
Do you have any good ideas, thoughts or possible solutions?

Question for those who are dev-minded⦠what would be a good approach to coding a solution for this outcome?
I have an automation that send custom emails, and I would like to end the automation when the user replies to any of those emails.
Just trying to wrap my head around how I might go about it.
Hello - I love FluentCRM so far. I set up an Abandon Cart Automation and forgot to turn it on. Rookie mistake.Β
I have a Cart that was Abandoned two days ago. Is there a way to "trigger" it for a past abandoned cart?
Thanks,
Michael
