Trigger system based on user behavior
Trigger system based on user behavior
Is it Google Tag Manager that I should read more about? Or should I go in a different and better/right direction?
In my online anxiety course, I need to be able to follow the client so that I can better guide them through the course. Something very simple is that if the client does not log in or visit pages in a given period, it can trigger an action from me. For example, an email if there is anything extra they need and then a lot of motivation.
So to be able to do that, I need to be able to create a system that begs action based on user behavior.
Do you have any good ideas, thoughts or possible solutions?
Using
FluentCRM/FORM/Support/ect..
Thrive Suite. And Thrive Apprentice for my online course.
Thanks. This might work for some trigger login part.
I hope there are other options with more fuatures. If any have other idea, please write.
What are you using for your courses?
Iβm also exploring the same. I see that the documentation has actions that can be used if a student completed a course or complete a lesson in a course.
If we use the action below to trigger a FluentCRM Event, that would store the event in the contact, which would allow you to perform a segmentation to see who has completed a course or a lesson.
Too bad I donβt have enough technical knowledge to try this out, but I believe it should work. If anyone manages to make it work, please share how you did it. Thanks!
