Customizing the "Manage Email Preferences" and "Unsubscribe" Pages in Fluent-CRM
Hi everyone,
I’m currently looking for a way to customize the "Manage Email Preferences" and "Unsubscribe" pages in Fluent-CRM. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any obvious settings or options within Fluent-CRM to do this.
My goal is to make these pages visually and content-wise more aligned with the design and requirements of my website. Has anyone here had experience with this or any idea how to achieve it?
I’d really appreciate your tips and suggestions! Thanks in advance! 😊
I tried looking for them too. I don’t think the functionality has been built.

I don't understand why you don't use Fluent Forms so that users can customize the form.
André Salier I tried, but had issues setting up the checkboxes for each list properly where they are checked or unchecked based on existing subscription.
The team should fix the default preference management functionality that is shown when the shortcode is used.
As pointed out by Christopher Match, it’s currently not possible. We went through the trouble of rewriting the whole subscription management system, including these pages, using FluentCRM’s PHP API and Gravity Forms (we had to do it for GDPR compliance purposes). Depending on what happens when the FluentCRM roadmap finally gets published, we might release our solution as a Gravity Forms addon.
I agree, this is needed and requested before.
This is something that is absolutely needed, and I'm surprised it's not available. The default pages break site continuity and UX. Also, the inability to customize whether users subscribe using lists or tags makes customer management fall short of almost any other email automation system out there. FluentCRM is great in many ways, but oddly falls short in some key areas as an email campaign manager.
+1 Its mandatory to "opt out / unsubscribe" to use a form in Germany
+1 we need it somthing customizable pls!
I would also LOVE this feature. It's also kind of confusing to have two different forms
No news about this ?
+1 It is in english now and i can not view the page as admin to change it. It would be great if i can translate the page and make some changes.
