Hi everyone, I'm facing a little issue, I guess.
When someone clicks the unsubscribe button in my email footer, they are redirected to a nonexistent page, as my 404 error page appears.
Can someone help me? What am I doing wrong?

I'm specifically looking for a platform/app that finds alternative email addresses and/or social profiles. Thanks!

I just noticed that if I share the URL for a campaign on social media that there is no way to set the social media tags like the cover image or the excerpt.

Normally Yoast / other SEO plugins allow for this but I do not believe there is integration into Fluent for these.

It is nice that we can trigger recurring emails based on posts being published in a certain time period. BUT it would be even more helpful to be able to include a post of a certain taxonomy in that time period.

I recently imported automation template, a “Imported New User Welcome Email (Imported @ 2024-08-08 10:51:54).” However, instead of the expected WordPress new user welcome email, it’s showing the WooCommerce Abandoned Cart template.

I was expecting the default WordPress user welcome email template, not a WooCommerce-related one. Could you please take a look at this and help me resolve it?

Is there a way to send API request in an automation? I can write request in PHP but how can i add it to the automation flow. Basically i want to send contact details of customers at the end of the automation to API. I know that ther is an option for webhook but can we send data to API as well?

Ever since the Abandoned Cart feature was released, I haven’t been able to use it properly. Initially, there were some technical issues, and later I reported a legal concern where the displayed price should include tax.

I was informed that this issue was queued for a next update, but unfortunately, it hasn’t been added. I just want to confirm—will this fix be included in the upcoming update?

When I design an email in the CRM, it looks great in the builder—but when I send a test email, the formatting looks completely different.
