It's a huge design limitation. Does anyone have an ETA on this feature or fixes?

Is anyone utilizing dynamically generated QR codes for user registration?

At present, I handle this functionality manually, but I would greatly appreciate a straightforward solution from anyone! 😁

Besides my #FeatureRequest about exporting campaigns data, PLEASE ADD the capability to filter campaigns by date range πŸ™

Use case: evaluate/analyze campaigns performance on a certain date range.

Date range filter on Campaigns

Now that we can sort campaigns for creation/broadcast dates, recipients, open rate and click rate,

COULD YOU PLEASE allow us to export campaigns data?

I'd love to export that data and analyze what kind of subjects are more appealing, what copy/email body works better to convert/sell more, etc.

Exporting data provide us more flexibility on analyzing and planning our future campaigns.

Thanks!

PS: I am going to post about V3 sneak peek tomorrow!

I want to create a recurring campaign showing the upcoming events on our calendar. We use The Events Calendar (StellarWP, formerly Modern Tribe).

Latest Post block nicely shows a list of events, but the event date is missing. Without the event dates, the email is not very useful. The event date is a custom field, not the date the post was published.

Any tips on how I can customise Latest Post block?

What would be necessary to store externally created documents for customers? I'm thinking about manually signed contracts or other manually written/signed documents. Ideally, they should be stored primarily for backend-access but also available in customer portal/profile pages.

Are there any ideas on how to realise it?

I have tested so much and now have over 150 contact IDs. How do I reset the count to 0. It's easy in FluentForms, but I couldn't find anything in FluentCRM.

Hey Fluent Community! I wanted to share a solution I built that dramatically speeds up my FluentCRM workflow.

πŸ€” Why I Built This

I work with autowebinars and email sequences - every project requires:

  • Creating dozens of tags (AW-progress-25, AW-progress-50, AW-hot-lead, etc.)
  • Building segmented lists
  • Setting up email campaigns
  • Managing contacts through different funnel stages

The Problem: Every change required logging into WordPress, navigating through FluentCRM menus, clicking through different sections... This took hours for each project.

πŸ’‘ The Solution: MCP Server

I built a MCP Server for FluentCRM - a bridge between Cursor (my code editor) and FluentCRM API. Now I can manage my entire marketing automation directly from Cursor chat!

🎯 How It Works in Practice

Instead of:

  1. ❌ Logging into WordPress
  2. ❌ Going to FluentCRM β†’ Tags
  3. ❌ Clicking "Add New"
  4. ❌ Typing name, description
  5. ❌ Saving
  6. ❌ Repeating for each tag...

Now I simply type in Cursor:

Create tags: AW-progress-25, AW-progress-50, AW-progress-75, AW-hot-lead

And Claude automatically:

  • Creates all tags
  • Adds descriptions
  • Confirms completion
  • In 30 seconds instead of 30 minutes!

πŸš€ Real Examples from My Projects

Automatic participant tagging:

Assign tag AW-progress-75 to all contacts
who watched 75%+ of the webinar

Building hot leads lists:

Create list "AW-Hot-Leads" and add all contacts
with tags AW-progress-75 and AW-clicked-cta

Bulk operations:

Add tag STATUS-reactivation to all contacts
who signed up but didn't watch the webinar

πŸ› οΈ What You Can Do

35+ tools for managing:

  • πŸ‘€ Contacts - create, edit, search
  • 🏷️ Tags - bulk creation and assignment
  • πŸ“‹ Lists - contact segmentation
  • πŸ“§ Campaigns - create and send
  • πŸ€– Automations - funnel configuration
  • πŸ“Š Reports - statistics and metrics

⚑ The Result

Before: 2-3 hours to configure tags and lists for a new project
After: 10-15 minutes - everything ready!

Before: Logging into WordPress every time
After: Everything from Cursor - where I already work

πŸ”§ How to Get Started

  1. Clone the repository: https://github.com/netflyapp/fluentcrm-mcp-server
  2. Configure API credentials from FluentCRM
  3. Add to Cursor MCP settings
  4. Done! - chat and manage your marketing

Full documentation and setup instructions included in the repo!

πŸ’ Who Is This For?

  • Agencies creating autowebinars
  • Marketers managing multiple projects
  • Developers integrating FluentCRM
  • Anyone who wants to automate the routine

πŸŽ‰ Summary

This solution changed how I work with FluentCRM. Instead of wasting time clicking through interfaces, I focus on strategy and content.

MCP + FluentCRM = Marketing automation on steroids! πŸš€

Does anyone else work with autowebinars? What automation challenges do you face? I'd love to share experiences!
