Hey friends,
I have my contacts in two lists:
- Members - (joined my academy)
- Main - regular contacts who receive my newsletter
I'm moving from ActiveCampaign to FCRM. Do you suggest keeping 2 lists or 1 list and manage them with tags?
What is the difference?
I have several clients where the scheduled campaigns have status "Scheduled (pending).
It looks on this status, campaigns are not allways sent on the scheduled date.
How can I fix this? Set-up cron on serverside
At this point many people use image optimizer plugins. A problem occurs when it turns an image upload in the email builder into a WEBP. So they can't be used with fCRM.
And also, email images have specific size and format needs, that are different from web-builder specs. And, if you build a site for a client, maybe they don't understand image formats or compression. So they could send out emails with 5gb images embedded, straight from their phone, for example. Not good.
What if Fluent CRM could size and optimize and verify the image format of any images uploaded in the email block builder? It would be a huge convenience, and also preserve email inbox deliverability and user experience.

Hi everyone π
I recently purchased Fluent CRM and Fluent Cart because I strongly believe in the WP Manage Ninja ecosystem and in the work the team is doing (in fact, I own most of your products).
While using Fluent CRM, however, Iβve noticed thatβat least for nowβthe available integrations and automations still feel quite limited, and in practice many advanced automations still seem to revolve around WooCommerceβ¦ or am I missing something?
This made me reflect: for projects where automations are a key part (funnels, follow-ups, advanced tagging, etc.), WooCommerce might still be the more βsolidβ choice at the moment, even though Fluent Cart clearly has huge potential.
And thatβs a bit of a shame, because the idea of a native ecommerce solution fully integrated with Fluent CRM is really powerful.
That said, this is not meant as a sterile criticism.
I truly believe in the WP Manage Ninja team, in their skills and long-term potential (and Iβll admit Iβm hoping to see an all-in-one plan for developers / resellers someday π€).
π Question for the community
Has anyone here already built custom automations with Fluent CRM that could be shared as inspiration?
Any examples, approaches, or best practices would be greatly appreciated π
Thanks in advance to anyone willing to share their experience.
I am new to the Fluent family and trying to get set up with Fluent CRM and Amazon SES. After hours wrestling with Youtube videos, I got rejected by Amazon, and I'm thinking I need to find someone who can screenshare with me and help me figure out why. They really won't say why. Anyone have experience paying someone on Fiver, for example?
Hey everyone β just checking in to see if anyone has updates onΒ FluentCRM 3.0. It was originally expected to release this month, but so far we havenβt seen it yet.
Β how long before we can expect the official release?
Thanks! π

Iβm using the following smart code in my email greeting:
{{contact.first_name|There|trim}},
Iβm noticing unexpected behaviour:
-
If the first nameΒ exists, the email returns:
βHi Dev Team |β
-
If the first nameΒ does not exist, it returns:
βHiβΒ (without the fallback value)
I was expecting the fallback valueΒ βThereβΒ to be used when the first name is missing.
Are you experiencing this issue as well, or is there something I might be missing in how the smart code is handled?
Hi Shahjahan Jewel,
I wanted to give you and the community the opportunity to fact-check the assertions made by Surecontact about FCRM on the their FB group:
When we first announced SureContact, the #1 request was: "Please make it easy to move out of FluentCRM."
We heard you loud and clear. For a lot of us, the "self-hosted" dream eventually turned into a bit of a headache. You wanted to grow your business, but instead, you became a part-time sysadmin managing database bloat and hosting bottlenecks.
Weβve made it insanely easy to leave those complexities behind and move into SureContact.
Why are people making the switch?
- Stop being a Sysadmin:Β No more troubleshooting complex server configurations or "why isn't this sending" errors.
- Fix your backups:Β FluentCRM stores everything in your WordPress database. It grows huge, fast-making your site backups nearly impossible to manage. We move that data off-site while keeping WordPress as your source of truth.
- Speed (The 10x Rule):Β Since you aren't tied to your hosting's CPU limits, your email broadcasts finally go out at lightning speed.
- Simplify:Β High-performance hosting is expensive. Why pay for a massive server just to send emails?
I have noticed that when you delete a FluentCRM date, it shows as "-" in the contacts list, and internally stored as "0000-00-00", which is therefore not empty. You can save the contact with any date, and upon removing it, the list shows "-" again, therefore not empty, and prone to errors based on that date, because internally it has a date, namely "0000-00-00".
Please fix. :)
Hi guys, please help FluentSMTP works well for me. The automation correctly ads woocommerce customers to the correct spaces/courses. However, for some reason I can't figure out how to automatically email out the new wp user name/login/password details with the automation?
I've disabled the standard woocommerce "new account email" because I don't like the standard template. I could use one in Funnelkit, but would prefer to use a custom one in my automations sequence which is dedicated to just this product (notifying exact spaces/courses they joined with their purchase). Does anyone know how to send the WP user login details via FluentCRM after a woo purchase?
note: Funnelkit email sequences such as "Order Complete" etc. emails go out fine and all other emails appear in fluentSMTP logs. Just not the new user for WP email. Can't find it, can't send it from FluentCRM?
Please help guys
