This is definitely the most clean UI for a CRM I have seen. Loving it all! Great work team!
With 3.0 getting us SOO close to the meat of what GHL provides, I'm just trying to figure out how to manage the last mile of achieving GHL-style CRM functionality. Has anyone ever successfully accomplished the CRM part of the funnel using the fluent suite? I just.. I don't want to leave because I need to have a more robust record of sales funnel integrated with the marketing automation I know and love.
Please - anyone that's had success guide me! I'm about to start launching funnel marketing for online courses and I DO NOT want to use klayvio or GHL or any other walled garden solution.
Anyone? help?
I see this amazing feature.
Thanks, But when i save the pattern its not there.

Iβd like to suggest a permission enhancement for FluentCRM that I believe would significantly improve team workflows and reduce operational risk.
Currently, there is no clear distinction between writing emails (drafting campaigns) and sending them. The existing permission structure creates a gap:
- You can grant Email Template Manage, which allows someone (e.g., a contractor or copywriter) to create templates
- But that same person cannot create campaign drafts for review
- The only way to enable draft creation is by granting Email Send/Write permissions, which also allows sending emails - and that introduces unnecessary risk
This setup makes it difficult to implement a proper editorial workflow, where:
- A team member drafts campaigns
- A senior/editor reviews and approves
- Only authorized users can actually send
Suggested solution:
Introduce a more granular permission system, for example:
- Email Write (Draft Only) β Can create/edit campaigns but not send
- Email Send β Can send campaigns
- (Optional) Approval flow or role-based restrictions
This would align much better with real-world team structures and reduce the risk of accidental or unauthorized sends.
Question to the community:
How are you currently handling this internally?
Are you using any workaround to safely delegate campaign drafting without exposing send permissions?
Would love to hear how others are solving this!

Hi, are you having trouble creating emails? Importing templates?
At this point I cannot send emails with a custom template.
I've created a template for a newsletter. When I create a new campaign I have a blank slate with the prompt "Type / to choose block" and my footer.
If I select from the right under Email-Body, Import/Use templates, I can select the appropriate template from My Templates. The window briefly says "Loading Editor" and then reverts back to the blank slate empty block editor.
From the select template dialog I can select the eye icon and preview the template. If I click on either the template name or the Use Template button, I'm returned to the empty block editor.
Hello there team!
We area developing locally for all our customers, startups/ applications and we migrated to fluentCRM, for most of them, love the fact that we can create custom triggers, actions, and so on, but the fact that we need to migrate each automation we create locally one by one, is a really tetious job and labor intensive, I see you already support import export automations, it would be teriffic if we could export them in bulk / import them in bulk....

Will it be possible to automatically sync a FluentCRM contact's data to the WooCommerce checkout fields without requiring the user to log in? Perhaps with a Snippet?
For example, a customer who previously purchased as a GUEST (never created an account) and makes a return purchase, simply entering their email address (or better yet, a custom CRM field like "Customer ID") will automatically populate the other fields.
P.S.: Of course, it would be amazing if this worked natively in FluentCart at some point; it would be a huge differentiator.
On my sites still using WooCommerce, I can generate a custom coupon in an automation. On my sites using FluentCart, I cannot. This is a great feature and we should have it in the closer integration! I want to use it for birthday discounts, subscription renewals, etc. Thanks!
