Where might the Cart in FluentCart have gone?

So, I'm trying to find the cart, as the "Add to Cart" button is not present, nor is the cart toggle showing up.

Enable this to display a floating cart icon that remains visible on the side of the screen as the user scrolls. This provides a convenient, one-click path for customers to return to their cart from anywhere on your site.

It's working on one site, but not the other and I can't quite figure it out.

ps - Theme: Kadence - but also didn't work with any other theme. Any known plugin conflicts throwing this type of issue?
