Unable to create orders for digital product with licensing
With FluentCart Pro Version 1.3.6, licensed products don't show up in products available to add to an order

I just checked from my end, and it is working fine on my freshly installed site. Could you please guide me on how to reproduce the issue? Any technical help or even sharing your staging environment would be appreciated.
Ripon Sarkar I don't have a staging site. when clicking browse my 3 products show in the list, but I get the cursor: not-allowed on licensed products. were you actually able to check the box and add the product to a test order? The only workaround I could find was to use the purchase from the front end.
Jeff Are you experiencing something like this? If so, this type of order is still not supported in the core. Maybe you enabled subscription orders from the admin using a hook. This is not just a license; it’s for a subscription product.

Jeff yes I did. fluentForm is simple digital with license
not a subscription, just a regular digital item with license.

Jeff I set a price for the product and created a 100% off coupon with the code RU-2026 (put your code on the coupon).
In that setup, everything works properly: the transaction is completed and the document appears in the downloads section.
However, when the product price is set to $0, it doesn’t work at all. The main goal is to offer these documents for free without having to display a very high price just to make the system work. Even if that price reflects the real value (or more), showing something like $7,000 in the shop can scare people away before they even read the description, especially if the coupon code is already mentioned there.
That being said, aside from the $0 price issue, the system works fine and I can’t deny that. Still, having a true free mode option is very important for us.
Jeff But tell you one thing, they do a really big job, they are active. I gave them time because I know they work hard and we lucky we have a good helpful community here (I think lol)
