Three major issues

Please note that there appear to be three major issues with the cart display on smartphones.
- For each product, the name appears twice.
- For each product, the price appears twice.
- Scrolling is required to view the full text.

Same on PC, but without the responsive issue.
Is it necessary to have the title twice and the price twice ?

I think this has to do with how FluentCart structures its products.
FluentCart supports simple products and variable products, but in practice even simple products are rendered on the frontend as variable products without selectable variations.
Effectively, a simple product is just a variable product with a single variation.
The additional title and price shown below the product in the cart are actually the variation title, which is the same behavior you see with regular variable products.
