Subscription problem
Is there anyone selling digital subscription products with fluentcart? its so problematic. It cuts the customer money on time via stripe but it doesnt update the next payment date in database which results in fluent cart thinking that the subscription is not renewed and it deactivates the subscription.
Shahjahan Jewel kindly solve this i cannot proactically move all my stores back to woo. Its alot of work. We have already roll backed 50% of our client stores to woo since my last complain but this month we are on square 1 updating all subscription manually. We dont need new feature at least basic features like this should work stabely. Please solve it ASAP
Maaz Shakir we are selling all of our products with FluentCart + Subscription + Stripe, so with the same setup. So most probably something else happened to your case. Do you have a ticket ID that I can take a look for more details?

Maaz Shakir Our team is looking into it currently. I did a quick lookup in the renewal pipeline so it looks like if there happened an error occurred while getting the webhook from Stripe by other plugins or scripts, it may disrupt updating the next billing date.

Shahjahan Jewel when is the fix planned? This is a consistant issue in our shops where there are multiple clients currently i am updating db manually.
Shahjahan Jewel I think the problem is following if its monthly subscription it will run a cron after a month that toggles subscription status and it doesnt checks the stripe payment correctly. But the detection system is working nicely. Money is automatically deducted from clients bank account on time.
Its something in stripe API which is not working properly. Stripe integration has other issues as well for which i found a solution to and posted here in community. This is another issue that is needed to be fixed
