Price problem
Hello, please this is big problem. In monday I need to turn on my e-shop but I see bad price... Product price is 115€, but final price ist 1,15€... Why?
Its not because 115 - 1,15 ... If i have price 900€ it is still 1,15€...
Now I understand where the problem is. This product was a subscription that included a setup fee of €1.15. When I changed the subscription format to a one-time product, it stopped loading the product price and still shows only the setup fee. When I disabled the setup fee, it then shows a price of €0 instead. So when I switch the product from a subscription to a one-time product, the product does not work. This is very critical, because I have this product’s ID connected to the billing system and other automations.
Do you have trail days with the product?
