sadly cash doesnt work with subscriptions , i have the same let down

Christian Vanhenten

N_WanyagahΒ ah that's the explanation !!
thanks !
it is sad as I have members who have cartd payment problems and they pay by bank transfer
So the only solution is to make a "subscription for a year" without recuring payment

I am not sure I understand the cash thing at all. How am I supposed to put in details for people to pay a bank transfer? Does the system send out a mail that can have those details in it? Does it tell them to check the mail for this? In my testing situation it just creates the order and that is that. πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

J VΒ I add I coyld do everything manually but the way I use it let enter those people in the system with the end if subscription date and automatic reminders before this end date

J V

Christian VanhentenΒ Well if I have to do all that manually anyway, what is the point of using FluentCart? It should be possible to send the bank details in a mail directly from Fcart. Also there is a link that makes a client think they go to payment details and it just sends them to the order without any possibility to actually pay.
So that needs to have customization options. Shahjahan JewelΒ

you are right, it triggers a manual process.

  1. a person doesn’t succeed to pay with card (for any reason the main one being age and difficulty to use digital solutions)
  2. I send an email with bank info and he/she makes a bank transfer
  3. I create an order for him/her (it is a yearly subscription)
  4. when payment arrives on my account I update the order as paid

I do it for years. Happily very few each year but I don’t want to loose these people

I used memberpress and it worked well.

I thought I could do the same with fluent cart but that’s not the case
