Order Bumps with Coupons

It looks like when I add a discounted order bump to a product in a cart and then apply a Coupon = 100% discount then the discount doesnt take into consideration that order bump value - in this case scenario Cart Amount to Pay should be equal 0 but its not.

Note: the same scenario is for Subscription Setup Fee - 100% OFF coupon doesnt apply the 100% discount on a Setup Fee (I have reported his bug already here - just a reminder)
