Modal bugs and a suggestion

I have just started to build out a proper cart, and I have so many questions.

1. Why can so little be customised? Sizing, positioning, adding/removing elements etc? A custom area on the left side of the modal with a basic block builder to add text, bullets, maybe an image or two would be very useful.
2. On the cart modal, why is the product/bundle name repeated? When products are selected in the bundle, every product has an identical parent/child description.
3. I can add extra product images when I create the product but only one appears in the modal, and it's stupidly tiny and always square. Where are the other two images and why can't the image size be changed?
4. The Country appears under the Billing Address heading and again under the card details. Why? And why can't one or both be removed?
5. The short description and long description don't appear on the cart modal. Why?

I'm coming from ThriveCart which I've used for years. I only sell digital products. I was hoping that Fluent Cart would be a good replacement but at the moment, it's so far off. I really want to like this product and I know you're making constant improvements but early adopters of your product are waiting a long time for standard cart features. 

Am I alone here? Thoughts anyone?
