many shopping cart bugs
I just found several bugs related to the shopping cart page and display of shopping cart.
- when clicking off "cart icon in body" is not working when logged in, it continues to display floating cart icon
- the floating icon shows 1 item in cart regardless of how many items I put in the cart, even after navigating away and refreshing.
- when not logged in, when adding to cart , and then view cart, or try to check out, cart is empty.
- the instructions Use this
fcart-cart-toogle-buttonCSS class to display the cart link/icon anywhere else. what does that mean? how can I display the cart in the main menu, like on amazon? - When logged in, I hit the trash can to empty cart, refresh the page, and it comes back, items are back in cart.
- When logged in, and add item to cart, and then adjust quantity + or - I get from between 3 - 8 second delay before anything happens
all of these behaviors are the same with safari and chrome.

3: Most probably a caching issue, but my team is checking again.
4: I think the API got changed. The team is looking into it.

Small issues happen as the product is very active development mode and it's not in public release yet. So lots of changes happening at the same time.
Shahjahan Jewel shopping cart software not able to add to or remove from cart is what I would call a core issue, not small. I wish you would have had me included in the original beta testers group. I forgot to mention that when logged in, and add item to cart, and then adjust quantity + or - I get from between 3 - 8 second delay before anything happens. I am on an M4 Mac Mini with 32 GB or RAM, btw, so a pretty zippy computer.
BTW, some of these issues could be on my end if I configured something wrong, or have some browser issues or something. Safari has been super buggy too lately. This is why I was hoping to see feedback from other beta testers to see if they are seeing the same issues. I have confirmed the issues reported persist with MacOS Sequoia 15 and Tahoe 26.
installed updates on cart and crm today and all the issues still persist. I don't understand why my post isn't getting any responses. I was hoping others would chime in to let me know if anyone else is experiencing the issues or just me. This is not usable as is. After update, one change I see is that now add to cart in private browsing mode does absolutely nothing.
Jeff Most probably it's from your old cart. Can you clear the cart and try again? Or maybe a caching issue. Again, I am forwarding to the team to recheck.
here is a screenshot of my litespeed cache settings. do you have recommendations? I have not changed default settings, and no previous issues.

Ripon Sarkar you seem to be helping with support in the community. can you take a look at this? I am not able to use fcart pro at all.
I will check it with LiteSpeed Cache. Could you please help me by providing the server configuration, such as PHP version, MySQL/MariaDB version, any server-side or browser cache, and details about any browser extensions or ad blockers? Please note, do not disclose any personal information.

PHP 8.3.26 is chosen in cpanel, but phpmyadmin shows PHP version: 8.4.11, so don't know what that means

browser cache settings in litespeed says off
on my safari and chrome browsers, I have only dark reader and bitwarden extensions, and no ad blockers on my network. not sure where to find server side cache, unless you are referring to enable cache in litespeed, which you can see in the screenshot is on.
