In Sales view, gross sales is 0, although products have been sold
I have successfully completed 4 orders, but it doesn't show in Gross Sales or Revenue. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks!
Check out the filters and date time. Most probably it's yeaterday's date.
By the way, it's only counts paid status!
Thanks. Those orders are in paid status, yes. It was a test payment, so no real money was used, but it shouldn't affect it. The date seems also correct. Paid orders on 14th and 15th, filters should show orders up to 25th (from the beginning of Oct), but gross total still 0€ for some reason.
Oh sorry, it's because of my custom payment method. It marked the order as paid, but some other actions didnt fire I guess. When I created a test order and paid in cash, it worked correctly!
