Fluent cart/Community/Crm
Hello,
I have a question about subscription handling with Fluent Cart, Fluent CRM, Fluent Community, and Stripe.
When a user purchases a subscription, everything works correctly:
Fluent Cart activates the subscription, triggers a webhook, and access to the correct Fluent Community space is granted.
When a user cancels their subscription:
- The subscription is marked as canceled in Stripe and Fluent Cart
- No further payments are collected (correct)
- The user should still have access until the end of the current billing period (like Netflix)
The issue is that no action or webhook is triggered when the billing period actually ends.
So I have no way to automatically remove access (close the community space, remove a tag, or trigger a webhook) at that moment.
My question:
- Is there a way to trigger an action or webhook when the billing period end date is reached, not at the moment of cancellation?
- Or is there a recommended workaround for this in Fluent Cart / Stripe / Fluent CRM?

David Carton see this post .... meaning: just activate the checkbox in FCArt (that given tags, access, etc. is removed in case of cancellation/subscription ending)
Manuel Müller Yess, but i have seperate website. The members and shop. And the 2 sites i have Fluent crm Pro. (MEMBERS- Fluent crm/Fluent Community) and (SHOP - Fluent crm/Fluent cart) In the shop when end of term normally should activate the funnel should send a webhook to members to stop the space. But it dont work. Looking for other way but want it stable ;)
David Carton have you already tried to send the webhook directly from FCart product integration to Members (there's also the trigger for "subscription ended)? If that would work, then there's maybe a bug in FCRM....
if that doesn't work either, then maybe the whole trigger is broken....
Manuel Müller Yess, Thats an option. But there is also some bugs still in the setting of remove tags and so with fleunt cart and crm. But will try it. I have set up a test subscription of 1 day. But do you know a way to trigger the end of term another way so i must not wait 1 day tot test ;)
