it is mentioned:
"Enable Cash on Delivery: Check the box next to "Customers can pay for their orders by cash upon delivery." to activate this method."
on my page in fluent cart ( /wp-admin/admin.php?page=fluent-cart#/settings/payments/offline_payment )
this checkbox is activated by default, no way to disable it
That's bizarre. I'm able to deactivate mine and save it.

Janice Bennett can you confirm that you can deactivate the green checkbox just before "customers can pay.." see my image in my post.
Because I can also enable "Payment Activation" but it doesn't appear on the order page and fluent cart documentation explicitely quote a "checkbox"
Christian Vanhenten No, it's the payment Activation toggle I was referring to. Probably an oversight on the language re "checkbox". Attached are 2 images on my test site. One with the Payment Activation toggle on, and you can see "Cash" as an option, and the other with the Payment Activation toggle off, and there is not "Cash" option.
That said, I would like to see an additional toggle where we could set it on for some items and not for others, but I anticipate that will come in time.

Janice Bennett so seemingly cash payment is not possible for subscription and my products are only subscriptions
Christian Vanhenten Ah 👍 well conceivably that makes sense. I would expect that to be difficult especially any large scale.
