Direct Checkout
(1) Checkout doesn't load provinces, states, territories for countries. Supposedly because of that it also doesn't load and add applicable taxes to purchase total.
(2) "Leave a Note" throws an error. How can I remove this Leave a Note section from the checkout?
Honestly, I'd like an option to toggle that off in general - that's not a place I like my customers to leave me little notes (ie. we have no need for it in 99% of checkouts).
But a code snippet to comment it out would be welcome.
