Delete orders
Can annyone tell me how you delete orders in bulk (from test) or normal.
I can not seem to find a way that it works. And first cancel and then delete not always works and not handy when you have allot of tests ;) It a little buggy. Annyone?
I had the same issue, I had to put my store into test mode, refund the purchase and then cancel and then finally delete. Quite a pain. Also, it would be nice if test orders are actually noted as being test orders.
Learning Music Skills Yess, I have allot of tests, and hard to seperate them from normal. I hope one day it comes within the filter. Also to cancel in bulk and delete.
This is urgent. Shahjahan Jewel I think you can imagine the frustration of site owners on having to keep all those unwanted test orders on their site...with all the MIS-Representations of Revenue Generated ...For a site that is already on Production/Launch mode, it is a total mess.
arjun arjun We have some fail-safes actually where an order can't be deleted when it has active payments or order status is not cancelled. We will make the test orders over-write those rules.
Yeah this was a pain for me too. Had to run cancels, then delete in bulk. Got a few failure notices too. So had to delete them one by one after cancel.
I mean - i'ts not the end of the world, but it does slow me down
