Coupons problem
If I set the coupon to limit downloads per user, it completely blocks downloads. For example, I set a limit of 500 downloads per user, and it doesn't allow even one download or use of that coupon. I have to leave the coupon with no usage limits for it to actually work.
can you please guide me step by step how do I recreate the issue?
Sarkar Ripon Sure. This is a video of me showing. In the setup if I put no limits, the coupon can be used but if I put some type of limit, even something big like 500 uses, it just gets blocked even with not even 1 use. Roberto Campos Arce This is not an issue. User should be logged in to apply coupon which has per user limit enabled. Without logged in, how the system apply per user limit? hope that helped
