Coupon: per user limit doesn't work
it doesn't matter if you have a usage limit per user on a coupon....the limit doesn't work and a user can use the same coupon multiple times (even if it's restricted to 1 per user)
The overall limit works as should
We will look into it. Sarkar Ripon can you test and make sure to patch it in the next version if you find the bug?
