Can't Update Product Long Description
I noticed some errors in a Long Description for a product, like an empty bullet in a list or an extra line space.
For the life of me, I can't get this to save. I have to switch the product Status from Published to something else, like Draft, to make the changes and get the Update button to appear.
I hit update, switch it back to Published, Update again. Then I see that the errors are still in the Long Description. I've tried different Status options, but the Long Description will not change.
Has anyone else experienced something like this?
Are you getting any errors or anything on the browser console?
Shahjahan Jewel No errors. I thought it was a caching issue, so I purged the cache on my server & Cloudflare, and also tried with a different browser.
When I go back to the product, I see the errors still exist, so it's not a caching problem. It just won't update.
Shahjahan Jewel Just checked Java console errors and found these while making changes to this product.
William Beem Shahjahan Jewel - I had same problem so I backspaced to take the bottom paragraph up to the end of the paragraph above and then tried to put double line space in but it didnt work, so i put a space at the end of the first paragraph after the full stop and then a double line space andit sat correctly. I am not as technical as you guys but thought this might help.
