Can't download downloadable assets?

Anyone else having issues with this? I'm trying to enable automatic updates for plugins being sold through FluentCart. Everything seems to be ok but I can't get the update to work. On investigation, I can't get the generated URLs for downloadable assets to work at all. Any advice? Links just redirect to the home page.
