We would really like to be able to use the tool. Regular patches, without waiting for a new version, would be a good thing.
I was wondering if we can disable the individual pages that get generated for a product and and relay just on the: "direct to checkout" link.
The goal is to have a custom made LP and inside it, to put links to the checkout directly.
When I create an order in FluentCart, nothing happens automatically. The order sits there pending, and I have to manually send the client a payment link via email. It's an extra step every single time.
I'd like clients to be able to log into their account and see all their open orders with a direct payment link. Right now there's no way for them to see what they owe or pay it themselves, everything just shows as pending.
FluentCart quotes can only be paid in full upfront. For larger projects with longer timelines, this creates real friction. Clients hesitate when they see a big upfront payment, especially when the project will take weeks (or months) to complete. This cash flow challenge directly impacts conversion rates, and honestly, competitors who offer payment plans have a clear edge here.
I'd like to see payment plan functionality built into FluentCart, or even better quotes. Let us split payments into 2 or 3 installments with custom schedules, like 50% upfront / 50% on completion, or 40% / 30% / 30%. Automated reminders for upcoming payments would be helpful, and clients need a clear way to track what they've paid and what's still due in their dashboard.
I read that it was fixed in this release, but it's not. It's still producing a WordPress fatal error.
Friends, who are in the RU zone, please write. I found five payment systems that work in the RU zone. It would be good if all four worked with FluentCart. It's good to start with the first one.. Which of these payment systems are currently being used by you? Perhaps that's where you need to start.
What I'm missing is the confirmation email the customer will get after they place the order. Now when they select Cash upon delivery they don't get any email notification that the order has been placed.
Do coupon codes need to be case-sensitive? That will cause customer support issues. Can we have an option to make them case-insensitive?
I'm working to replace a membership plugin (that's been running for years on my website) with FluentCart to take over handling payment processing. The next thing I need to test is the cancellation process for subscriptions.
I (finally) found the "Cancel Subscription" option, but I'm afraid to click it (to see what happens). I'm suspicious that if I do, it will instantly cancel my only (current) test account.
I'm not finding any information in the documentation for FluentCart on how to set up a cancellation "process" (or flow) after a member clicks on "Cancel Subscription." Does anyone know who's ahead of me setting up a membership website, if there already is a way to do this?
E.g., Most membership courses want their members who cancel to be able to land on a page after clicking the cancel button, and be shown information to explain what will happen after they cancel, and likely be given some incentive offer to consider staying on, etc. And if they do want to still leave, the ability to fill out a quick "exit survey" (asking why they are leaving and what could be improved in the membership to make it better), and then be presented with the final "Cancel Membership" button ... with maybe a final popup afterward that says, "Are you sure?" (last chance!)
I add featured media from the Library, save it, confirm it, and then it disappears again. Over and over.
