order being sent to WhatsApp after completion
Is it possible, using the Fluent Shopping Cart, to create products, have the customer choose the products and be directed to the cart, complete the payment by credit card, Pix (Brazilian instant payment system), or local payment, and have the order sent to WhatsApp after the purchase is completed?
From what I understand, the initial purchase process is possible: product selection, payment (according to the payment gateway), but I haven't seen the order being sent to WhatsApp after completion. Could someone help me with a way to implement this?
Are you looking to have the receipt sent to WhatsApp or a digital product sent?

Giovanni Augusto From what I've read, your choices are either API development or using a service like Zapier where FluentCart can use a webhook. WhatsApp does not accept a webhook to create a message. Hence, the need for Zapier or a similar tool.
Flowmattic has an integration with WhatsApp and FluentCart, so I’m sure you probably could that route.

After a user purchases a product, the order data can easily be sent to WhatsApp using Bit Flows.
Bit Flows has deep integration with both FluentCart and WhatsApp. Here is an example of the workflow.
