xCloud LTD Deal Ends Soon

Just an FYI, their LTD deal ends in two days. If you're on the fence, go get it. I switched over to them when they first did their LTD a few months back and have zero regerts (intentionally misspelled) over that decision.

I am personally using the Vultr hosting they offer because it's cheaper than if I used it on my own and I know because I used to do that.... I'm gonna drop my affiliate link just in case someone decides to pick it up last minute.

what exactly is it? I have looked and just found something else to do because I can't figure out what they are selling. I thought it was hosting, but seems convoluted what it is and how much it costs, lol. Either way, it seems pricey. Is it primarily for agencies?

Thanks for sharing this, Jeff! To be honest, I'm not quite sure if I understand their deal correctly. So, the lifetime deal is for the cPanel only, right?

It’s a control panel for hosting that allows you to use several options such as vultr, hetzner, cloudways, etc. Yes, you pay for the server monthly.

So think cPanel or DirectAdmin, but more oriented towards Wordpress and more.

Jeff Brigman Gotcha! I'm using xCloud + Vultr for my community site with a self-managed plan. But since they have different offerings for managed and self-managed setups, I just wanted to double-check that aspect. 🫣

Thanks for clarifying that, buddy!

The GSΒ I use their vultr hosting because it's actually a little cheaper than when I did it myself. So it takes the hassle out having to deal with it myself.

I've tried several other similar options and xCloud was more suited to what I needed. I also move from both cPanel and DirectAdmin because the cost is getting absurd.... especially for cPanel. cPanel just upped their costs again.

I've used Knownhost.com for years with their managed services, and it's been amazing, but those 3rd party devs are killing this type of service with the costs they are charging now. Since I don't have enough knowledge about servers and managing it myself, I have to use something, so xCloud is a no brainer for my uses.
