Works (or will work) without FluentCRM?
I don't have FluentCRM, nor do I want to use it (although I use almost all the products of this company), because I use Mautic and there I have everything segmented, and I don't want to migrate.
Can I use FluentCRM?
Can I automate it for example with Zapier or Make to associate courses and spaces by roles?
Yes sure. You can use the incoming webhook feature. We don't want to force anyone or make it limited.
I have a similar need and created a plugin to sync spaces with WordPress roles. I'm not using the courses functionality so it doesn't work for courses but I'm guessing it could be modified to do courses as well.
