Wordpress export to Fluentcommunity

I have a web site with thousand of articles that I would like to export to Fluentcommunity. Articles are now on another CMS but I know how to export them to Wordpress. What is not clear to me is how to export them from WP to FC. Do I need to export them first to BuddyBoss or BuddyPress and then to FC with the BB Plugin? There is no way to export them from WP to FC directly? Many thanks
