Woocommerce Reviews

I am setting up automations and would like to accomplish two things as it relates to Woocommerce Reviews. I have someone who legitimately purchased a product but not through the website and left a product review. That person did not migrate into FluentCRM and I cannot seem to get them into my list.

Secondly, I am able to segment purchasers by the product they bought and set up an automation that will link them to leave a product review for that product. What I cannot seem to do, is determine that they left a review as a trigger to send them a 10% off for leaving it.

The out of the box automation is to drive them to a Fluent Form for feedback.

Any help would be appreciated.
