Which pages should be inside FluentCommunity?
Hi everyone π
Iβm organizing my site and wondering:
Which pages do you prefer to embed inside FluentCommunity (using theme Compatibility), and which ones do you keep outside as regular pages?
Examples:
- Do you include free lessons or blog posts inside?
- Do you keep landing/sales pages outside for better speed?
Iβd love to hear what works best in your experience!
I'm setting up a new site and decided to use FluentCommunity on a subdomain where it will be the homepage and everything will live inside of it. I will use theme compatibility for custom lockscreens for my courses, so that they benefit from an intro/landing page.
My main domain will be a publishing website with no users other than the admins.
Christophe PasquierΒ so your sales page will not be on your main domain?
Ramsis KasisΒ correct, my cart is where the users live
I use Fluent Community exclusively for the community aspect. My sales page, lessons, courses, blog, newsletter signup, free lessons, and everything else are all hosted on my main website. When a new member joins and logs in, they see a customized menu, and one of the items is βCommunity.β
I chose this setup because I already had a well-established website with memberships in place, but my community was still on Facebook. I wanted to bring the community experience directly to my website, and Fluent Community has been the perfect solution for that.
ChrisΒ thats good
I used to have my courses separated from my community (Invision Community), but now Iβm looking to bring everything together in one integrated platform .
