What is FluentContact?
I'm creating access controls inside of FluentCommunity and there is this message at the top. Maybe it's a typo, I'm not sure. But how do I do what this message suggests?
I have users with the tags, but this says they don't have access automatically and I need to do something to get them access... but I don't understand.
It's a bit confusing, but what is meant is Fcrm Contacs.
That was a typo*. It should be FluentCRM; we have updated the word.
Tawsif Ahmed Riyad got it. But if the users have the tags, then what do I need to do to give them access? I mean, they already have the tags, so... what is the message trying to explain?
Matt Zimmerman Just add tags again as bulk.
Matt Zimmerman there is also a bulk action to add fluentcommunity spaces. So what I believe it's saying is that if you're setting it up, and the tag already exists on the contact, they won't be pushed into the cue to get added to the space, only new added tags will trigger. So just select all of your contacts with the tag and do a bulk action to add to the space.
