What graphic design packages integrate well with FluentCRM?

We are still in the testing phase, and my users have relied on Canva, which integrates well with MailChimp. Since Canva doesn't integrate with Fluent (i.e. it doesn't share directly to the WP Library without downloading and uploading), can other people tell me what they're using to create images and add them easily to the WP Library? Thanks in advance
