Weekly Digest & Tag Notifications Not Working – Just Me?
Quick question…
Is anyone else noticing that the Weekly Digest email isn’t being sent anymore? And do your members still get notifications when you tag them in a post?
For me, it all seems to have just… stopped. Even after the latest update, nothing’s changed. No weekly updates, no tag notifications, and I can’t tag everyone when I post either. 😬
So now I’m wondering:
👉 Is it just me, or is this happening to others too?
👉 Is there something I’m missing or doing wrong?
I genuinely love the plugin and really want to keep using it, but this makes it pretty tricky to stay visible and engaged with my community 😅
Would really appreciate your thoughts, experiences or tips! 🙏

Check on your SMTP logs, the weekly digest should go out. In the next version, we will add some logs about it.
Maybe it is the same - I realized that the "password forgotten" mails are not sent anymore. Do you or your members still get it?
Karen Wiltner Based on this, and your Validity of registration code post, it sounds like you have an issue with your SMTP settings/gateway.
Jonathan Gwyer I checked the email logs in FluentSMTP, there is no entry. In my opinion this means FC/Wordpress did not try to send the email?
And usually everything is okay with the registration code mail, it was just one user who reported this today
Jonathan Gwyer Found the solution for my problem, there is an incompatibility with WP Security Plugin, where I changed the login URL

Jonathan Gwyer yes, I am still discovering how everything works here, I just bought FC pro 5 days ago - and really love it!
Tag via the @ still do not work for me either, but I saw there was a fix recorded in the most recent changelog. Every other type of email sends and I can see them in FluentSMTP without issue
