User Post Approval
I know we can set global settings for post and comment approval, but there is a real need for a user approval system too.
New users can introduce themselves, but then go on to spam content. Where that is the case, it would be incredibly useful to have a moderation feature that you can enable per user (where needed).
It would also be useful to have that tied into the post reporting feature to immediately be able to apply that post moderation to the offending user(s).

As our communities grow, moderation is going to be a major part of keeping things running smoothly. So, a robust system for handling spam and abuse is vital. :)
This would be really helpful. I’ve created my own ‘velocity’ add on that enables restrictions on how many posts/comments a person can make in a given time frame. To have this built in officially would be excellent.
