Trigger FluentCRM automation when a student finishes a lesson?

Quick question:

Right now, FluentCRM can trigger automations when someone starts or finishes a course, which is great β€” but is there any way to trigger something when a specific lesson is completed? πŸ€”

Use case:

  • Student completes Lesson 3 β†’ FluentCRM sends an email or unlocks something.
  • Or Lesson 5 β†’ grants access to a new space or course.

This would allow:

  • Milestone-based emails
  • Progress-driven gamification
  • More personalized learning journeys

So I’m wondering:

  1. Any way to detect individual lesson completions right now?
  2. Maybe a hook or event I can tap into?
  3. Would you consider adding this to the roadmap?

Thanks so much β€” this kind of trigger would be super powerful for many of us using Fluent for e-learning! πŸ™Œ

There are some 3rd party plugins that do this, like Uncanny Automator or Flowmattic.

We’ve invested in almost the entire WPManageNinja ecosystem (lifetime licenses for most), and honestly, this tools are among the best I’ve ever worked with in the WordPress space: powerful, fast, and intuitive.

That’s why I really hope this lesson-based automation feature can be added natively β€” without having to rely on third-party solutions like Uncanny Automator. I’ve used them before, and while they work, I’d much rather keep everything clean and fully inside the Fluent environment.

Appreciate your help

David Badilla SalazarΒ I'm also using a lot of WP Manage Ninja tools. I'd definitely love to see more triggers and actions with their internal interactions. Like you, I'd prefer to avoid using Uncanny Automator again.

I loaded n8n on one of my servers, hoping it could help, but it didn't. Although it works with webhooks, not many of the plugins actually trigger a call.

Another third party plugin is Bit Integrations.

Jason SoperΒ Thanks Jason, I didn’t knew the one plug-in!

Just shipped this feature.
