Track Last Login Date
I'm working in FluentCRM to see when people last opened an email, and it occurred to me it would be nice to also filter on FluentCommunity activity.
The FluentCommunity analytics give an overview of some things, but they don't dive into searches, filters, or reports as I'm thinking about. This would be useful information to have in FluentCRM, as it has pretty robust filtering capabilities.
I would like to report a list of members who are not logging in.
Hey William Beem have you tried using FCRM events? (eg.: any path with /portal/)
You can track portal visits, spaces, etc. And also, logins (on the whole site).
Then you can create something custom to filter by user, and this kind of events (like segments for example).
That being said, having it on the Reports section ... and something native on FCRM will be awesome tbh!
Jorge de los ReyesΒ I'm having a brain fart, but I don't see FCRM events.
William BeemΒ Itβs very hidden, and honestly I don't think it's promoted nearly enough.
Yet it's one of the most powerful and flexible features in FluentCRM, in my opinion. You can track virtually any user action and use it to trigger automations, segment contacts, branch funnels, score leads... it's incredibly versatile.
That said, it does require a little creativity and a bit of technical knowledge. Nothing crazy though (just spend an hour reading the docs, grab a coffee with your favorite AI, and you'll probably end up wondering why more people aren't using it) π

Screenshot: you can use it as a trigger on FCRM or inside the automation workflow (and add customizations).

William BeemΒ Is this what you refer? - https://prnt.sc/ankrZWMTE00g
Jorge de los ReyesΒ Thanks. I'll have to play with it a it. Reading it before bedtime isn't sinking into my head as to how I'll use it.
Debo OgunrindeΒ Possibly. I get a bit confused about what "before days" means when I look at this. It's not the way I would present it. For example, suppose I want to find out who hasn't been active in the past 90 days, perhaps to send a re-engagement email. The menu for the Last Activity just isn't really clear to my way of thinking. I'll have to dig into the docs a bit more.

Debo OgunrindeΒ Perfect. That explains it nicely. Thank you.
William BeemΒ no worries. Youβre not alone. Thatβs why once you check that itβs segmenting properly, Iβll just create a dynamic segment with the filters.
Otherwise, you will have that headache every time π .
Itβs not very clear. Not to mention if you start using translated sitesβ¦
I don't understand that event of a thing... I wish they have a video tutorial for it
