Topic view dropdown menu

I think that would be useful to display topics as a dropdown menu: in some cases, when there are many topics, it becomes counterintuitive for users to have to scroll horizontally.

I get you, it’s important to keep things tidy and provide a good user experience. Personally I think a better way is to either limit the number of Topics a space can have (which is already a feature) or add a filter for Topics. I think that adding a dropdown is swapping one scroll method for another.
