The text editor of the lesson content editor restricts what can be displayed.

I teach English as a foreign language and would like to be able to use shortcodes and multimedia blocks so that I can add H5P content and a custom plugin I wrote that adds popup tooltips to words. Please let me know if it's possible or not. Example here:
