First of all, let me say how much I love your products!! I use them daily and they’ve become a central part of my ecosystem. THANKS FOR YOUR WORK!!!

That’s why I’m reaching out to you directly: there is a real need to take the courses inside FluentCommunity to the next level.

I’d love to know if the improvements I’m outlining below are aligned with your roadmap — or if this is not the direction FluentCommunity will be heading :

1. 🎨 Visual & User Interface Enhancements

• Course Banner: Ability to add a hero image or background video for each course in front
• Contextual Sidebar: Replace the current navigation with a customizable sidebar showing sections/lessons and contextual info per course, fluentForms...
• Action Button Placement: Move the “Lesson Completed” button directly below the video for better usability.
• Modern Navigation: Add an off-canvas/toggle menu for a cleaner, more compact navigation experience.

2. 🧩 Course Structure & Organization

• Intermediate Level: Introduce a missing level between Course and Lesson (e.g., Section, Module, or Chapter) for long-form content.
• Categorization & Folderization: Organize courses into categories and folders for clearer navigation.
• Diploma Page: Generate a personalized certificate/diploma page upon course completion (name, date, logo).
• Points System: Award points for completing lessons, opening the door to gamification and engagement strategies.

3. 📋 FluentForm Integration

• Forms in Courses: Insert a form via shortcode inside a lesson or in the course sidebar.
• Conditional Display: Show forms or blocks conditionally (e.g., unlock a quiz after watching a video, display a survey at the end of a module).

Main Objectives:

• Make course evaluations easier.
• Build more advanced quizzes.
• Use opt-ins in free courses to create a conversion funnel.

5. 📊 Reporting & Analytics

• Unified Dashboard: A dashboard in the same style as FluentForm/FluentCart for consistency and ease of use.

• Detailed Tracking:

  • See unviewed videos.
  • Track video watch time per learner.
  • Global and individual statistics (progress, points, badges).

6. ⚡ Automations & FluentCRM Integration

Trigger automations inside FluentCRM based on learner activity:

• Course or lesson started (not enrolled)
• Course or lesson not started after X minutes/days/months.
• Add points (e.g., after completing a quiz).
• Remove points (e.g., inactivity, missed validation).
