SVG Logo upload and Mobile size

Can we please already have the option to upload the portal logo in SVG and also have an option to set logo size on mobile? The logo size looks okay on desktop but very small on tablet and Mobile.

Pending the time this feature is built, can anyone help me with ccs I can use to get this fixed?
