Suggestion for New Features

Hello team,

I plan to start using the community internally within the company, but I would like to suggest a few additional features that would greatly enhance usability:

1. User Birthdays:
   A field to register each user's date of birth, and consequently, a widget (e.g., in the sidebar) that displays the list of birthdays on the current day.
2. Internal Events Area:
   A dedicated space for internal events where employees can view upcoming events, sign up to participate, and interact with event-related content.
3. File Management - Folder Structure:
   The current file and document upload feature is very useful. However, the ability to create folders or directories would make file organization much more efficient and user-friendly.
4. Private HR Files in User Profile:
   A secure area within each user’s profile for personal HR files (such as pay slips, contracts, etc.) accessible to both the employee and HR department for administrative purposes.
